Multi-Racket Sport
Racketlon
Manage racketlon events that combine four racket sports.
Racketlon is a multi-racket sport: each match is four sets, one each of table tennis, badminton, squash and tennis, played in that order. The winner is the player who scores the most points across all four sports.
How Racketlon is played
A set is typically first to 21 (or 11 in shorter formats). Because every point counts toward the overall total, a player can lose three sets and still win the match.
Common formats
| Format | Players | Scoring |
|---|---|---|
| Classic | 2 | 4 sports × 21 points |
| Short set | 2 | 4 sports × 11 points |
| Doubles | 4 | 4 sports × 21 points |
